Yup, was capped, but I know I exceeded far more than 5GB when capped.
Can't say much, had an idea, for heavy downloader, better request to up the capping to 1mbps. But the industry now, no one is more than 384kbps. The speed that UM is capping.

to me, broadband is not like water and electricity, sadly, the current industry is heading this water,

broadband is a weird industry, some trying to limit the usage, some trying to stop P2P, some even try to total block VOIP

The only no FUP is Streamyx for now.

Weird, there isn't any 2 years contract, even with Surf With U era, the modem with 78myr per month was 18 months tenure.
You best bet is contact customer service one last time, give them a timeline, seek help thru MCMC.

BB as in Blackberry, which model? when got Celcom coverage just can call and SMS, but U Broadband UBSIM plan does not have call/SMS function.
