@iRonTech, call their CS to log the report.
Maybe they have xplanations or solutions? @sordanny/dgtel2, it's all about location, location, location. it's a 'little' price to pay because of wireless communication. |

wont bankrupt lah. u havent read the hot news last month?
Vincent Tan bought back the shares from the foreigners, so u think Tan Sri so fast kill off his telco business? i think UM got new management, so all outstanding tasks are diligently executed. That inclusive whether they call or not, we have to pay off the credit still. all businesses are like that: u repay what you owe. remember those cases by TMnet where they issue lawyer letters to user who owe them lots of payments? just get the sim-only plan (internet for laptop) and connect ur 3g modem to a 3g broadband wifi router.
if u're worried of speed, just get UB20 plan to try. |

QUOTE(Alphawolf @ Oct 28 2009, 09:25 PM) the U68 plan looks good, and my area got coverage. thinking of getting it in a few days time..but i can cancel anytime i wanted to right? had sent them an email but had never replied me.. i asked the ppl at sg wang roadshow. u can cancel anytime but there will no refund/prorate when u terminate the service. Check out the FAQ of their page.. QUOTE(d4rkholeang3l @ Oct 28 2009, 09:29 PM) hi guys...would like to ask someting... i feel like surfing internet on my phone.. can i get a prepaid u-mobile number just to surf the web??? I wan to get the U10 or U20 plan..isit just limited to postpaid? thank you for now, postpaid only. prepaid broadband are not offerred, yet. but i saw the leaflet, the prepaid plans are there, so i guess it'll be coming very soon QUOTE(gwong @ Oct 28 2009, 11:23 PM) Hi, is it Sg. Wang? How about those have subscribed. If i pay them RM199 can I get the modem for free? yes at Sg Wang, concourse area. Nearby KFC, can eat and play broadband! Yes, pay advance RM199 and get modem free. don't worry, RM199 is used for your subsequent monthly charges, so the modem will still be free. but if u terminate b4 RM199 is used up, there will be no refund. warranty-wise, it's 3-days after purchase. 1-to-1 swap. If u get the modem on 1 Nov (last day of roadshow), u can swap the modem (within 3 days) at U Mobile Flagship Store @ BTS QUOTE(anep @ Oct 29 2009, 01:12 AM) pray that UM doesnt enforce the throttle now because they're offering more plans = more customers. u'll nvr know! *cross fingers* |

yeah, probably that's the reason.
remember that UM is using HSDPA = High-Speed Downlink packet Access. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-Speed_Do...k_Packet_Access |
