all the calls made outside the UM 3G coverage will be roamed to Celcom
Celcom Network only allows call and sms services to be roamed
thus, u can't use the 2G by Celcom like gprs and edge for online purpose (it's due to the MoU signed between UM and Celcom)

They are not promoting or not providing? If they are not providing anymore to new subscribers then I doubt they could survive for long.

sordanny,
search the Net 1st on the Shared IP connection to understand how it works
one thing that i can share here is that you can get MAX. speed from 3.30am to 8am.
then the speed went back to normal during Office Hours

Well I think most ISPs are doing this to help conserve the bandwidth during peak hours or else the network will be really congested.

NO telco can give u 3.6mbps for 3G broadband... biggrin.gif
The term MAX. speed here is >200 kbps if downloading using IDM
try to browse the earlier posts, u will see the screenshot of this by forumers

Normal here is about > 1mbps if tested via SpeedTest. Lot of examples that u can find at SpeedTest on this
BUT, it depends on the location where u are testing it.
Not that i don't warm u first; some places will get better signal than others
