hi guys, i'll going for an interview today at menara hla located in jln kia peng for customer service executive position. just wondering how's the working environment, people n staff benefits offer?

prior to the interview, i've been asked to fill up some assessment which is so called some test. they need to check whether i'm able to pass those test b4 i can b selected for the interview. there's 2 test wif each test consists of 60 question but onli given 30 mins to answer.

1st part is easy cuz just some mathematics n all answers can b found in the leaflet given. 2nd part really not my favourite. there's some statements which u need to answer whether it's either true, false o cannot say.

i cant finish the 1st part due to calculation takes time while the 2nd part i've finished it all. surprisingly the hr personel comment tat i hv quite good scores n big chance to b selected for the interview.

then last fri i rcv a call from her to attend the interview today. i think i'll hv a big chance working there since i've working in insurance company b4. same industry should b an added advantage for me to work there.

hey guys, need ur help n advice here. actually i applied this job via jobstreet 1 week ago but previously i did saw the same post few mths ago. so i'm wondering whether their turn over is high as their post is so frequent.

i just went for the interview. most probably i'll b placed in 26th floor for call center position. izzit call center oso known as customer service executive? which department r u working in? most probably i'll b working there. btw, r u working there? mayb can hv lunch wif u.

still not confirm yet cuz havent get call from the hr. but quite high possibility will b working there. hopefully its really a fun working environment n good ppl there.

hi tiffany actually i'm more prefer on the front line position compare the call center. previously i apply is customer service executive - quality & customer service management. but irene told me the position need someone hv more experience unlike me just 3 yrs in customer service. so she said whether i'm ok if she put me in call center. how bout u? how come u can get the front line job de? i actually prefer tat 1. rm2.2k is quite standard but of cuz me oso rqst more lar. did they call u? i still havent rcv any cal after the interview. izzit got 2 ladies interview u?

haha me too prefer working in banking line. cuz its like ti fan wun lar. anyway i oso havent rcv any call from them. probably they dun 1 me too. good for me oso cuz i oso not really 1 2 work there. during da interview found tat there's a big possibility need to stay back. haha i better find other jobs. if u got any job offered by bank. let me no ya.

but can i no how do u apply 1? i prefer those customer service job but its normal working hours n in 5 working days de. i'm working in a marketing agency as customer service cum operations executive. its 2 mths contract. contract ends on apr. eventhough subject to ext but i dun 1 2 continue cuz the salary is too low for me n no staff benefits at all. can u add me at yen1022@hotmail.com in msn then v can chat?

hehe no call from them. so should b no lor. but nvm lar cuz i'm not so keen to join them too. feel like mayb need to stay back everyday. u got any other recommendation?

thanks for ur concern. actually i'm thinking whether to stay 1 more mth as my superior said tat they 1 2 ext 1 more mth on my current contract. previously i tot its 2 mths n no benefits tats y i'm thinking to find a new job asap wif better offer. but until now i still havent get any so might stay in tat company. some more can allow me to hv more flexibility on dress code n my superior is quite nice oso. some more juz rcv a call i got a long term freelance job confirm n its from a beer company.

why always change job?aiyo...i'm curouis about your resume.how to write?

i not always change job lar. even my resume i'll b honest to put even i working 1 mth in my previous company. just recently i 1 2 earn more so i definitely look into the salary they offer. even i got a permanent job i'll still do freelance job. i 1 2 get a car by this yr o next yr.
