Any1 know the price for Sega Genesis console's cartridge game last time back to 1992?
I have many of them last time but I can't remember how much is the single cartridge game when it 1st available during 1992+

Hmm, when i was still living in S'pore at that time, back in 1994, a single Mega Drive cartridge cost me about S$45 - S$90. Depends on the game actually, i bought Cyborg Justice for S$45, but Super Street Fighter cost me more (bout S$85). And, when i shifted to JB in 1995, i remembered buying Road Rash 3 for RM110, NBA Jam for RM90, and Mortal Kombat II for bout RM100.

About RM60-80 (pirate) and original can up to RM130 or more back then.

Hmmm..That price is all for Pirated cartrige...I was playing Mega Drive at form 1-4...and all pirated games cost around 90 to 130....

But there is this one time I bought an original Shining Force II original game where I can save my progress complete with a booklet. it cost me RM270. And that is the only Original Sega Mega Drive game I've ever bought

I see i only own Mega Drive around 1994,so maybe that time become cheaper already cause already got SFC/SNES.
I remember buying Sonic 2 original for RM130.

Me too. I started playing in 1994 as mentioned earlier. Maybe at that time it's starting to get slightly cheaper. All my catridges were original too btw.

Anyway, those were the days. No money to buy, coz still a student in Sec 2. Kumpul duit sikit-sikit and harapkan makcik/pakcik bagi duit raya je la.

Wah so expensive.. Last time my father bought for me and nvr know the price that's y. Now really appreciated. I was so young that time. So i only remember I play mickey mouse's game and sonic the hedge hog 2.
back to 10 years + those game at that price is much more than the price now. let say 100 bucks last time for now is sure around 150-200..
And now ppl complaining original game is expensive.. not worth to buy the console like that especially ps3.. sigh.. All thx to piratezzz.. sigh

Actually compare the price of the catridge and the dvd/blueray original now.
Catridge still more expensive.Last time some original SFC catridge price can be like 50% more expensive then the original DVD/bluray game now.

I recall my mom telling me she spent 60 bucks on a game for my Genesis last time, can't remember which. I think it had something to do with Ninjas.

Must be that legendary Shinobi! The ninja who has a dog to bite this enemy! ohhh yeah, around RM 80-130 for Jack Sparrow's cartridges...down to RM 40 when PS1 is out..treasure all the Genesis memories back then wit my skol mate...

So RM60 last time could be now rm 120-150 easily?
