I heard good review abt LWM before. but i think it depends on individual one la. I tried Slimming Sanctuary before and it works for me. currently just signed up BizzyBody a bit regret. coz they a bit luan sui. not as pro as slimming sanctuary. just my 2 cents.

but i would like to hear more after others experience with slimming centres...
