To share my experience, I went to Terimee & Marie france.
Terimee, don't work for me cos they force me to diet. If gain 500gm can't do session. So teruks and the ppl not professional. after I stop dieting, I gain back. For Marie France, they are more professional, I lost inches instead of kg. They have dietians to advise you and don't need to diet. Just cut down on size portion and fat intake. I lost alot of inch for my wedding. So far, I still maintain.
