Just a little delay, probably a little chorus and a touch of Reverb.
And it was recorded with 2 guitars..... which is probably what's throwing you off. A slight over-dub mix thrown in as well.

For the ending, it's just using his Whammy Bar on his guitar and his Bad Horsey Wah.
