how about u guys make a "It`s My ?? Birthday" tag...when the forumers birthday only the tag will appear automatically...

ppl will change their bday everyday to get to show tht tag

and what's the point of having that tag?

maybe you can make the tag appears only once a year ? and it would be nice as if u reply topics around.. ppl get 2 see its your birthday and they can wish ..

maybe removing the ability to change birthday date after the first time they enter it in the profile will prevent user from abusing it from time to time. It's not like we need to edit the date often

just giving an idea... why not create similar to your existing tag (Elite, VIP, Staff, Moderator...)

b'day tag should be special(x10), since it's only once a year.

Maybe a b'day cake next to the nickname. Or a tag like the gender tag.

Instead of just making a tag, why not make it clickable(something like pm but with fancy button) in which it'll bring up a "virtual store" where the sender can choose which gift/e-card to send to the b'day boy/girl.

Another thing i want to add is during the festival season like CNY, each forumer is added an icon(let's say mandarin orange) under their avatar and other forumer can click(once only) the plus sign (+) next to the icon to increase the number of mandarin orange that forumer received. After the season ends, the icon disappear.
