QUOTE(Omnipotent @ Dec 11 2009, 08:52 AM)
Been driving a 2002 PV6 for almost 2 years now...Bought new and handed over to me by dad at ~50k+ kms...car was stock standard when I took over. The car is 110k+ kms now and till date have installed the below (i know it's not high end stuffs so please don't laugh at me  sweat.gif ):-

1. ATF cooler (immediately after taking over)
2. 7 point earthing (immediately after taking over)
3. Pivot Blue Raizin VS
4. Michelin MXV8 (still running on it after 60k kms with 40% tread left)
5. SACHS Advantage all round (making noise now after 60k kms...need to replace soon)
6. Autofoam Track Package
7. LED trunk, footwell and puddle lights (DIY)
8. Hella FF75 Driving Lights
9. Osram Nightbreakers (used 3 sets, burns out every 9 months as I drive early in the morning to work and late at night from work daily)

I'm sure all Perdana owners will agree with me that the headlights are "a bit" weak, even with the built-in fog lights on. This is what prompted me to install items #8 and #9 above. Although better, I'm fed up of changing the bulbs every 9 months @ RM 90 per pair which brings me to the latest and IMO the best upgrade I've done for my beloved car below:-

10. Retrofitted BiXenon Projector headlights (DIY)

my OEM Clarion speakers sudah koyak so i bought a pair of Sony X-Plod (sebab murah) but now the bass tak kuat...is it because the speaker rating too high and the OEM player cannot provide enough power? cry.gif
*
i think most possible will b the speaker quality..i just installed a paid of JBL on my Perdana to replace the OEM speaker..no amp rite now..but the bass i quite satisfied..
(correct me if i m wrong)

Why not you try the Torco RCL (Racing Cylinder Lube)? I already try this additive. It's work.

TORCO RCL is specifically designed for high performance engines. It lubricates fuel lines, injectors, piston rings and valves to increase engine efficiency.

A combination of state-of-the-art fortifiers and additives provide protection under extreme temperature, high RPM and load conditions.

TORCO RCL promotes clean burning, improves throttle response, prevents pre-ignition, plug fouling and keeps valves clean.

This product is to be POURED into the PETROL TANK. One bottle of 500ml can last up to 04 TIMES WHEN YOU PUMP FULL TANK of PETROL.

The price is not so expensive, just RM30.
