salam bro neuro and hi guys..long time not check in this topic...
i've a few questions ..
after overhauled my v6,i can feel that it became less responsive..the pick up is slow and heavy..
it's hard for me to overtaking..why eh? is't got any relation with GB since it's the original one since 2000
n another one is when my car accelerate ,between 80-100km/h,i can feel the car vibrating ,the worst is my left passenger seat will shake like earthquake .

have u tuned your ECU back?
can u describe what u have done for the overhaul?

have to look at the springrate and also ur preference.

my adjustables springrate front 8kg/mm rear 4kg/mm.
i feel slight harshness but good compromise between ride and handling.

used to own HKS Hyper-D with 12kg/mm, 8kg/mm
very hard but cornering superb!

anyway, each person different feel.
but i think 8kg, 4kg is a good compromise..

Wah that cheap ah, that day i send my mum's car to change Toyota ATF, they charged me RM 145 while Mitsubishi Diaqueen was RM 150. Is that price overboard ah ? But that's inclusive of installation la.

I need to change my ATF and also the filter soon. Any good tips on brand and costing ah ? Normally the foreman charge how much for workmanship ah ?

blow up? do u read those news?

all case blow up has been confirmed is coz by those own modification. many out there blow up coz they modified their own tank n using the non-approve tank on their vehicle. go for the licensed installer n use JPJ SIRIM approved tank. sure no problem. icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

my father & his fren last time also using NGV. running on it bout 2yrs+ also nothing goes wrong. tongue.gif tongue.gif

refueling not problem as the pump pressure as quick enough to fill up the tank. i did the conversion on Mixer type bout RM3800. also i asked bout sequential is bout RM7000. the tank using 77L sure will eat half of the boot space. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

saving is the main purpose. brows.gif brows.gif

mixer type, the gas go in with the air filter hose (after the air filter sensor). loss much power & need a good tuner so tat it will not happen back fire.

sequential type, make a small hole n go in direct from ur manifold. loss bit power n gas level control by the NGV computer.

peris, depend on your driving method..if ur running the car with your family..go for sport spring..lowered and comfortable..for better handling go for Tein Hi Low soft hard..as we know perdana body not so perfect during cornering..

lewatmalam- blow with hot air and seal at the edge of the lamp..then your prob solved..i believe ur lamp are not the ori one..correct me if im wrong..hehe

For NGV Gas- u wont get the power of v6 engine if ur running with NGV gas especially for manual transmssion..my 2cents

neuro- not so power..so so only..170bhp with manual transmission should be ok lorrr...wakakaka..anyway hows ur car now?TT or Manual?
