Recently amazon split my order like that as well, both around the same value. The DHL one manage to get through but the UPS one got stuck at customs. When the UPS dude called me, I told him la my previous 20+ order with DHL went through without any problem. Then he even got the balls to threaten me saying if I dispute the UPS tax, they will tax me for my previous 20+ DHL order
After a few more calls and more crap from the UPS dude, I finally gave him an ultimatum; waive the tax or send the package back to amazon. They choose to send it back and I got a full refund from amazon. After that I reordered and got delivered by DHL without any problems
Hi bro, need help. My 4 BD using standard shipping kena tahan today. Cost of package is only about $90 (abt RM280). Called them and they ask me to go KLIA and prepare RM100-200 in case kena tax + RM18 clearence charge. Don't think i will be going since for sure they will tax me. I ask them to send back to Amazon and i will request refund from Amazon. What reason u give to amazon for the refund?
