hello
i have two companies offering me jobs

technodex
8k / month 1 year contract.
annual package = 96k

ivis
6.2k / month
6 months probation
probably increment after confirm (1k?)
1 month contractual bonus
2.5 months performance bonus (if 100% on target)

annual package
min possible = 80.6k

annual package
if 100% performance
and increment of 1k
(6200*6) + (7200*7) + (7200 * 2.5) = 105.6k

anybody has any input on this?

I m not sure abt the career pathway between these two nor I know abt these companies. I'm judging base on $$$ perspective only. Because when u mention the word contract, I believe, u will lose a lot of benefits for example medical benefits (which might cost u a lot if something really bad happen to u), and not to mention bonuses, allowances, promotion and maybe increments. The difference compare to ivis as a matter of fact isn't that huge either.

Brother, u jump a lot this year? lol

I heard some news from my ex-colleague who join IVIS two months ago, no life at all. Every day work from 9am to 12midnight, except the first two weeks of training.

Pay is very good, but he said not worth it. sad.gif

the working hours is ~50% longer. so the pay is ~50% more than average?
btw, why need to do so much OT? tight schedule?

I heard this is a not-too-bad company, can garner a lot of knowledge, besides you might get a chance to go to Europe as business trip.
