i'm planning to build a budget desktop by using either intel celeron duo e1200 or e1400, which mobo will fit this budget range?

proc + mobo = rm300 - rm 350

any amd proc has similar performance?

Hello, i would to build a budget machine(without monitor) for my mom.. budget is 800

dvdrom - 100*
80GB hdd - 150*
1GB ram - 80*
atx case with PSU - 100*

now already 430*

please recommend me proc n mobo , hopefully both amd and intel.
