Hello, Im newbie in this field, I want a new pc, can any1 help me with the spec...This i think i would prefer to,any sugestion or comment on it?

MOBO:
MSI K9A2 CF-F SOLID or
MSI K9A2 NEO-F SOLID
(which is better?i dunno)
RAM:
DDR2 Kingston 800MHZ 2GB
Graphic Card:
GeForce FORSA GF 8600GT 1024MB DDR2 or MSI GF 8600GTS HDMI 512MB DDR3
(which is better?i dunno either,help plz)
DVD-Writer:
LG SATA GH22N 22X16X22
PSU+Chasis:
GIGABYTE 550W REAL POWER 12CM FAN or
COOLERMASTER 460W or
COOLERMASTER Real Power Pro 550W
(suggest which is better)

I have a SATA Hd 320Gb and PixelView TV Tuner Card and i would like to re-use it again in this PC...no keyboard, mouse, monitor, and speaker were needed...please help me...Please....
