If you are looking for something quality and nice, I would personally recommend embroidery. Try Embroidery Finest at finestembroidery@yahoo.co.uk

There's a place in Summit, USJ , the same floor with the cinema, called Defy Studio. Prices quite reasonable, depending on the design and amount of t-shirts you're going to print.

There's also a place in Subang Parade, where I think it's slightly cheaper.

Try central market near Petaling Street. They have tons of those guys printing T-Shirts in there.
