yesterday after office hour... kepale tgh xberape betul... so i walk2... then i bought a nokia n95 8gb ap set at RM1520.00. i check2 the phone then paid and went home.

i got the original box, cd, manual and accessories but only at home i did realize that the n95 was too light. the main camera was not very good as it looks like only a vga camera. there's habuks below its slider. all holes there (usb, charger etc) were in dirty condition like lubang tandas awam kat stesen bas already

immediately i rushed back to the shop and issued to them. they said it was really an ap set maaa... i am so angry as dah terang2 tipu xnk ngaku. anyway after continuing my kedegilan about 1 hour and 30 minutes then they surrendered and gave me a new set of n95 8gb. i am so tired and lazy at that time so i took and brought it home

this unit was better than the 1st unit but still i have a really high doubt with it. i smelled it with my nose but it has no 'bau hp baru'. so this morning at work i just cerite2 to my officemates about this. all of them wanted to help me. we went to the shop and explained nicely to them but they started the fight. still said "this is ap maaa...". wtf? wtf? dah tipu 2x xnk ngaku pastuh nk tipu lg?

finally they gave this 3rd n95 8gb to me.

i have check, look, stare etc at it. there's no habuks or dirty holes. i have tried to smell it too using my nose and it has 'baru hp baru'. i have tried wifi already and it's ok. please help me to check whether this unit is a brand new ap unit... not 2nd hand or recond as i paid for it too much already. thanks in advance!

ok how do you know that's really a-new-ap set then? well i tried to open the back casing but i am so afraid to do so lol i can only managed to open a little of it (side) and can clearly see the motherboard/ electronic items inside looks shine as new and no habuks at all.

wish i can open the whole back casing but i am afraid that i may break it if i can open it and if there's no habuks inside so perhaps it is a real new ap set

else i might be conned for the 3rd time... which i wish i am not!

yeah i have checked at nokia's official web site and confirm that your words are so right now as a new n95 8gb user i would really love if someone would like to recommend me some software to use... i have tried using opera mini but then just found out that the default/ internal browser performs better.

my last nokia was nokia 3660 which was bought on 2003 and use it until 2007. then switched to a motorola unit and now i am back for nokia.

have you attempt both soft and hard reset method at first place? Try formatting both memory- phone and mass memory (you might want to backup all your data before performing this) I had the same problem once with my previous symbian 60 phone but not yet with my n95. It only happened every time my phone memory becoming too low because I used to store up to thousand sms/ mms, calendar entries etc before.
