I am having difficulty signing applications using the open signed beta at the symbian webpage, it keeps on saying that "FAILURE: Submitted .sis file uses a UID that is not allocated to the account holder matching this email address (0x200087b5 )". Does this means that i need the email address of the developer or what? Real stupid process, why can't they just develop a simple method for signing applications ourself?

they did right..for a long time
only now its different, pay 200 bucks and u can still sign icon_rolleyes.gif and get free cracks without paying the dev

Hi, you should get the rotateme unsigned version that doesn't have the protected UID range. Google around, you can find it. After that use symbiansigned to sign it.

Works for shakeme, rotateme all those freewares.

New N95 8GB user here as welll bought today...AP set from BBS biggrin.gif but i m having some minor glitches of my new phone...i just wanna ask how come my NEXT and STOP dedicated music key is not functioning but the PREVIOUS and PLAY/PAUSE key is functioning ? isit firmware problem or what ? anyone can help me ? thanks a million smile.gif
