hehe, i'm using a made in china charger, very simple, can even see the components inside..
but i dont recommend it, as it may malfunction.. or touch wood, even worse...

anyway been using it since i bought this phone , already 8 months , still doin ok, wif the blue ah beng led lights blinking away

new firmware improved my phone stability especially in terms of using wifi, and connecting to access points

well.. the china charger still workin fine, so i think i will still use it.

so how's the status of ur problem? finally fixed?

mine does not take so long. at most it takes will be <10 secs to open the music player.. even if its first time after restarting the phone.

i save my music in the 8gb portion.. not in phone memory.

not too sure what is wrong with ur phone

after u update ur phone using the NSU, most of the softwares u have installed needs to be reinstalled.. its like our computer registry, we reformat pc, then all registry gone.. even though the folders for the software stll there

the installing message u see might be the phone tryin to reinstall the software but it couldnt find the old .sis installation file. Try reinstalling from scratch

u could try setting ur phone clock to 2006, or 2007, see if it can be installed.

N95 8gb does have sets from Zitron, but its in rather limited quantities.
From what i hear from phone retailers, the number of sets distributed by Avaxx vastly outnumbers those sold by Zitron for N95 8gb, i'm not too sure how this happens, but maybe nokia gives preference to Avaxx for distributing this particular model.

if it is still under warranty will they repair it for free?

i do both..
coz my mass memory contains mostly videos and mp3s..

while the pc suite will help me backup my phone book as well as my appointments

hands itchy wana upgrade firmware ><

already upgraded mine to V30.0.018 latest firmware.
what i noticed is the menu speed slightly faster. other than that not much difference..

noticed got extra icon "share online" for ovi share and flicker shares.. but i don't use it.

the auto rotation is more sensitive now i think. abit too sensitive.. but that's how i feel.
