Bug Report Bump 2 difference thread at Garage Sales, after bump 2nd thread,got error

I hav 2 difference thread at Garage Sales, after i bump the 1st thread, then i go to bump 2nd thread, after that, the 1st thread bump's time returned to 30 mins ago,
Example: 1st thread, bump on 3pm, then after i bump 2nd thread, the 1st thread bump's time returned to 2.30pm.. what is the problem actually ? |

Just read the link I posted up there, it is not bug or whatsoever, it is an implementation to avoid bump traffic.
