I am wondering if it is possible to make the Mac logo at the back of the screen pulsate like the white light when the Mac is in sleep mode. Still Google-ing to see if there is such a software.

Not to say it's not possible. Do you know how you get the lighted logo in the first place? It's lighted by the backlit of your LCD panel.
In order to achieve that, you have to: 1) get your LCD backlit pulsing (on-off, on-off) even the lid is closed; or 2) hardwire another LED to the back of the LCD panel where the logo is, solder it to the front LED where the light is; or 3) totally move the front pulsing LED to the back of the LCD.
I don't think there's a "software" that can do so.

Yeah, I know, I hardly find anyone here that's interested to learn about Mac inside out. Leave alone having the guts to take apart and do modding.
Hoping for a software to do wonders is not a mod, goodluck on the googling.
