1) Slightly more avoidance in total but you lose from the racials.

2) Stat points are fix yes but you get a Talent Tree where you can play around with to get 2 types of DPS warrior and 1 Prot warrior builds. Builds are your distribution of talents points.

I think it's somewhere on WoWWiki about Starting a Character and there's a link to the different racials out there. Also, size does matter e.g. gnomes are hard to target with a mouseclick in PVP matches since they are so small.

Yup, something like that. Basically you group up with 9 or 24 other people then go and kill a boss monster.
