David Wingrove for me. Loved the Chung Kuo series but I couldn't find the last book "Marriage of the Living Dark"

I got my hardcover Children of Hurin at MPH's warehouse sale for under RM25.00 IIRC. Great book at a great price.

Be sure to keep an eye on MPH's sales. Look hard enough and you'll find some great gems.

The last one was I think about 3 weeks ago. Keep a look out in the papers. It's usually features a cartoon of an auntie with a trolley...

Next time I see it, I'll post it here.

When i cant get enuff of the movies, i read the novels. laugh.gif

I totally dig James Luceno's prequel and sequel novels to SW EpIII: RoTS, Labyrinth of Evil and Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader.

I also have read Timothy Zahn's latest, Allegiance.

I read the dark lord, pretty interesting. I also read Darth Bane : Path of Destruction. I have Death Star which I haven't read yet.

While entertaining, the SW novels feels pretty corny at times with the same cheesy dialogue taken from the movies...
