hey, my brake peddle was a little shaky when braking at 80kmph just now. 70kmph can feel a little also. What's the problem? Yesterday I washed the rims and just now I was just driving around Puchong...the road surface there a little rough.

maybe i wash my car after i drive bac from sumwhere...
the brake pad is hot...
when i wash the rims, the brake pad expand and stick to the disc...
causing the disc got dent...
*
no, I did it a few hours after driving. Plus, I washed it at night...not under the hot sun.
the dent...maybe kena during the flood...

i quoted da price, top overhaul + clutch + mounting 1100RM+ ..
*
clutch should only cost 300 odd? plus the 400 earlier its only 700 mar. How many mounting you have to fit? Wira got 3 or 4 mounting?

Added on March 15, 2008, 1:50 pmluckily I went to skim my brake discs. The mechanic found the screw or nuts at the calipers a bit loose. Probably that's what's making the shaking problem.

edit: darn it...double posted. shinjite, my engine was just rebuilt so I dun think I wanna decarbonize. Just worry the flood affected the fuel injection system. Thinking of cleaning early just in case...

I don't mean that kind of cleaning where you remove a part of the engine and wash by hand. Its using a fuel addictive to clean your EFI system.

There's a guy selling it on garage sale

QUOTE(Arkaine @ Mar 18 2008, 12:42 PM)
is it the same with X1R treatment at the proton service centre?
*
X1R is different. That focus on where the black oil protects...the pistons. Just enhances the protection and lubrication. Doesn't clean your fuel injection system.

QUOTE(shinjite @ Mar 18 2008, 02:15 PM)
Smoother lor...but I did those 1 time only
Till now never touch also....

But during decarbonizing, a lot of smoke man XD
*
the older your car, the more smoke it'll have.
