okie....for this new thread let me ask something about my 1.5(A) wira aeroback.

y my car is hard to get it started? i mean, when the first time for a day u start (to warm up ur engine) , it can be start VERY SMOOTH. but after that, its hard to get it start. the car wont start in a single trigger if im not pressing the throttle a lil bit. y? i hav installed new battery edy...the problem still the same. this problem i never encounted for the first 3 years of this car.....but now it comes...LOL....something wrong?

Few days back i sent my wira sedan to do alignment.... he is not using those computer to do the alignment.. so sort like manual thingy for me.... but the outcome is better than using computer 1.... and alignment+camber adjustment+wheel balancing only 65bucks...

weird...you're saying it can start well when you first start it in the morning but the 2nd or 3rd time you start it, need to step on the acclerator a little? What if you start in the afternoon or evening? Sounds a little like your injection might be stuck...try cleaning your fuel injection system. I remember seeing someone selling a bottle of those things, 3M brand, for 20+

that sounds expensive....I remember doing mine but it was so cheap I didn't even notice it amongst other repairs...

YEAH!!

especially the engine is turned off after a journey and then i try to start it again after next 2 hours or 1 hour or so...it just hard to get it start...


pressing the throttle when start is not necessary if its fine right?

hi, i'm newbie at here and i need to ask the prob i got at my car, my car is wira 1.5 injection.
one month ago, i starting noticed got some prob happening to my engine , the rpm starting to rise to 2k rpm, then suddenly it run between 1.5k~2k rpm.
i go to eon service ask, the mechanic told me is "surbo ic" prob, need to change new 1, cost around rm1200 , but if buy outside(from spare parts shop) will cost around rm700+some labour charge for them.
this happening for quiet a time, then recently it become normal again ,then last week the prob caome again, this time is the engine rpm low , the rpm less than 500rpm, so when i stop, if i don't step on gas pedal, the engine will stop running
so the prob of my car engine now, is
1.rpm running at 1.5k~2k rpm frequently (just like got ppl step on gas pedal)
2. rpm under 500rpm
3 rpm normal (around 600rpm)

so, now everyday when i start my engine, i will face 1 of condition above
anyone can help??ty

mine was screw type.... they just force it to rip off the rear bonet... causing dent and tearing the screw holes...
the screw holes not so visible as I already cover it up using black tape... as it was rainning... and need to go for work...

one of the spoiler base was still attached as it was broken....

wonder how to repair the dent... want to ketuk from inside got another metal frame with layer....

probably this weekend...see how first, if my car will run properly.

usually no...my car 2001 model also dun need press throttle, although I sometimes still do coz old habit Pressing on the throttle is necessary only on older cars when they're not maintained well.

Just dun force it too hard for a while...
Glad to hear ur car is fixed..

I shouldn't at first but I was told to give it a push for a while to test the engine...see if everything is working fine. Tonight only go and take, they hadn't do the engine timing when I was there yesterday. Let them take their time and test other things

How much was the total cost of repairing ur engine including workmanship??

I haven't pay yet coz the car is still there...but he said everything included...new spark plugs, engine oil etc...RM1800+
