"The best" <-- collective noun, so it should remain as "look". "Windows" <-- singular noun that happens to end in "s". Try replacing "Windows" with "computer" in that sentence and you'll find that it looks, feels, and sounds right  "Then" <-- Score.. that's wrong! And it's now corrected
