i tried using from small hook to big hook also cannot get leh..
everytime they grab my cricket but they dont grab the hook..

you can try to use a floater, small sized hook with thin leader...i have caught many with such technique. As the floater sinked in, count to 3 and strike.. Try not to move the rod at all when they take your bait(floater sinking) Haruan sensitivity is very strong..

er..mind drawing a diagram to show me the leader??

main line --> floater --> leader(1feet) --> hook

waaa ... this one same technique like i use in primary skool time one worr
it worked la those days .. now dunno ... coz i dont specifically do haruans anymore oso liau one .. hehehehe

Any one use gewang/lure for peacock fish... I try before, but no responce. I read those fishing magazine. It look simple... Maybe my technique abit wrong.....
