Where can I get the Master Owner List of the property owners of a given area? Thanks

This is one of the most unethical way to get information. I know those bank officers are selling each name for rm2. That is why you get numerous spam call from direct marketer.

If one is caught buying or selling the name list, he or she could be charged under personal data protection act. Malaysia need to create a precedence for people to know this is illegal.
