on the first server that i take care this is the rules that applied so hope you guys take in consideration.
the rules are simple :

1.no noob voted out.(everyone have equal right in the server.)

2.no pro voted out.(just because he kick your butt doesnt mean you can vote him out??)

3.maximum per map only 3 called vote allowed the fourth one get kicked out.(its anoyying for people to keep on vote,this is not election,if people dont want to comply with the vote,just leave it,cocentrate on getting point for your teammate.)

4.no bad word nick.(obviously)

5.no excessive vulgar words.(no discusion about sex,bla bla bla,for god sake this is a game which involve underage and kids)

6.no automated script allowed.eg:spamming with colourfull text whenever you get kill for instance: quack,quack,quack.(you know who you are)

7.be nice.

failure to comply will be kicked out of server for first offender.
second time temporary banned.

if caught cheating,we give warning for 3 times to turn it off,after that punkbuster banned for your life.

Please provide your detail such as your location and ip address if you face high ping today. It seems that some of the routing in TMNET got screwed again and we wanted to check if this widespread or just affecting those in IP 219.95.x.x. ranges.

Not in-game, but on the server list I see normal ping. 218.111.x.x @ SS15

i am from du petaling jaya and i cant enter server cause of high ping.my ip 60.48.xxx.xxx range.this applies to all servers not just bvpn.

You sure u added the right IP address or have the right version with you? You must update to version 1.5 to see the server.

sorry to disappoint u guys... it was quite nice when it lasted.. it was a Hook... it did a whole lot of funny stuff to my COD4 Client..like the graphics and shit..

From my first time meeting a hacker..up to today...I have yet to understand what you guys are actually thinking when you used the hack..but I've been adviced not to think at your level..

i think i am the only XEF member using jack version .thats y i am ordering a copy from u.c u next week.

I'm from PJ and I had the same problem as you that night too. Pings were in the region of 300 for local servers and up to 600 for overseas servers. Spent a lot of time troubleshooting to no avail and then the problem mysteriously resolved itself the next day. Conclusion: TM Net f***ed us.

I'm from PJ as well. Nearby Taman Bahagia station, but I got no problem with the pings.

ive been having the same ping problem as the rest too.. TMnet fubars everything

Anyway in other news TF2 server is updating. See how it goes.

Cheaters vs non cheaters topic is now closed. let's get on with the game. Anyone found cheating or rude will be banned. Some of them apologized and we accepts it cause its just a game, but if caught again, then permanent ban in place.

I don't mind setting up a cheat-all-you-want server for 12 players. See who is the best cheaters. Probably kaiser will be the one everyone wants to beat and james will lose out cause he just only learn the trick and even at that he's ordering ori version. So lets not calling names cause at the end we have to decide which one is worst, cheater or jack sparrow users.

Sounds like a good idea. When everyone's cheating it's fair and could be fun. NOT that I ever cheat in COD4. But trying on a prepared audience might be nice.

Server was set to accept only below 200ms which rules out user from other countries, except singaporean. It is a server made by Malaysian for Malaysian in Malaysia. Malaysia boleh.

btw, go out and vote for Malaysia cause it only happens once in a few years.

They are different servers.

XEF server is a paid server they wish to have full control of for training.

I don't understand the default cod4 server is running on 28960

I think XEF clan server and VPN server stick together already.

nope after the recovery,the server is actually mix up,bvpn 1 become xef server and vice versa...but if you take a look at the cfg file,xef is still runnin on it own port that is 28961 but on the actual server and rcon i been getting a diferent port...hmm ok then you corrected it already..thanks reuben and kudos for you..
