I think the trans-am ability increase virtue attack power and shield, and increase nadleeh agility..

this is my theory:
trans-am isn't activated when setsuna and co gundam connection to veda is disconnected because it was shut down with someone who has the authorize access. Trans-am is possibility a back up system if somebody have disturb the old man body or CB didn't achieve the objective and its bases were infiltrate by hostile forces or veda is destroyed. But why didn't trans-am activated when the gundam team got bashed in the Gobi dessert? Have veda wrongly predicted that the gundam is going be captured that way?..

raptor became a FLAG? To my prediction, china wont combine with russia since china will have a powerful force 10 years from now. Europe will finally fed up with the american and disband NATO to form EU force. India will become a superpower. If america can sustain itself in years ahead, 50 years from now world superpower will consist of EU, USA, Russia, China and India. Africa will either be finally stable or still fighting each other. For the muslim? You will have muslim countries which are rich and advance while the other are poor and probably start a fight with other rich muslim countries...

A sidewinder will never take out a gundam,it had very small explosive enough to puncture a hole in a aircraft, unless the pilot uses a 500kg bomb or maybe air to ground missile or anti-armour missile..
