I'm having problems dialing out also on 016 postpaid. This morning was OK. Maybe problem started occuring around 11am. Incoming calls seem to be OK.

I'm not the only one, my friend in Puchong also same problem but my friend in Sri Petaling is OK. Wierd.

Another person on 012 is reporting no problems.
