well, sometimes it work sometime it doesn't

not sure bcoz of cell tower or the iphone.... even it works it only points u to 2-5km radius point. unlike a gps equipment, it will show you right to the dot. but i prefer to use gps on a car, wif at lest a 7" lcd screen.

A customer of mine just bought a Honda Oddysey 2.4 (recond) and it has a built in gps+screen... but right now, it only has Japanese maps on it.... to install mal/sin maps, it gonna costs him over RM1K....

hey guys, after upgrading to 114, i'm still having problem wif my sms.....

it's still super slow and sometimes, it freezes up unless i delete sms
if i uninstall appsupport 114, the sms could be better

any1 of u still have this issue?

I did all that (http://forums.vr-zone.com/showthread.php?t=243680) and my sms works wonderful right now..... it's absolutely faster and no more crashes, isms oso faster... let's hope it stays tat way.

Apple and T-Mobile are now selling the iPhone in Austria. The iPhone is being sold for 399 euro (8GB) and 499 euro (16GB) with the following plans:

- 39 euro/mo "Classic" - 3GB data / 1000 Minutes / free T-Mobile Wifi
- 55 euro/mo "Supreme" - 3GB data / 4000 Minutes* / 1000 SMS / free T-Mobile Wifi

* 4000 Minutes split across different types of calls (in network, out of network etc...)

The launch also coincides with the launch of the iPhone in Ireland, which was announced in late February. Apple has said they were planning on launching the iPhone in Asia as well as other European countries in 2008. There have also been hints that an Australian launch is not far behind.

so does the removal of the cozip difficult?? stick to the phone type or rather loose type???

earlier version of ziphone 2.5 actually did downgrade the BL to 3.9.

Mine was 113otb 4.5BL BB04.02.02G, the restored to 114, then used ziphone 2.5... though my BL is downgaded to 3.9 and time being, it can't be reversed to 4.6, I still adores my phone....

not too sure about new ziphone will downgrade the BL.

16GB iPhone seeing shortages worldwide


The recently introduced 16GB iPhone is seeing shortages that are restricting Apple's ability to serve both foreign markets and even its own, according to checks by iFUN. In the US, the online Apple Store lists the high-end handset as shipping in 5-7 days, while T-Mobile Germany's iPhone page makes no mention of the device, listing only the 8GB version. Austria and France also continue to display the 8GB model alone.
This delay may last for a long time, according to one T-Mobile spokesperson, who only expects to see availability of the 16GB iPhone within four weeks. The shortage is credited to higher than expected demand, although representatives from Apple and French provider Orange have not commented on the situation, which does not affect UK buyers.

Supplies of the 16GB version may potentially be constrained by stock, as Apple is known to use rarer, higher-density flash memory in the cellphone due to space constraints.

the timer could be reset.... however, if ur buying from LYN, most sellers are OK....unless if u deals with unkown sources or if u feel uncomfortable wif the seller, then don't deal.

Normally in a new set, the phone would be wrapped up
