Just convert your movie file into mp4 using any converter you can find out there. Once its done, drag the file over and everything will work perfectly. (if thats not the way you're already doing)

I also plan to ask my uncle in US buy me a iphone and send though DHL. Is that safe and goin to disturb by custom ?? juz 1 unit and declare as other item ........ any1 try b4 ?

This is the MMS and Edge settings that Maxis send to me. I had tried out with Swirly MMS, no problem.

EDGE settings

Menu -> Settings -> General -> Network

EDGE - APN: net
              Username: maxis
              Password: wap

How To Download SwirlyMMS

From iPhone Main Menu > Select Installer

And you will see Categories Menu
    Select Network
    After that select SwirlyMMS and select install
    After successfully install the software, you will see SwirlyMMS icon on the iPhone Main Menu

For MMS setting > Select SwirlyMMS icon
    After select setting
    You need to enter the details as follow:-
    MMSC : http://172.16.74.100:10021/mmsc
    Proxy : 202.075.133.049
    Apn : net or unet
    Username : maxis
    Password : wap
    Select Save to save the setting

But videora u must have an active internet connection. And most of them want to convert RMVB files which videora does not support.

U can differentiate when using WiFi of EDGE. Just look at the spinning wheel besides the E icon. If its spining fast that its using WiFi and if its spinning slow then its using EDGE.

BossPref is a must have for every iphone user.

hey guys, i just my beloved iPhone 3days ago..... thank you for all your help in the previous posts.... but i have an issue here... i created 2 ringtone using the method from iClarified, let's call it A and B.... 1st i transfer A into my iPhone and i can clearly see ringtone A on my iPhone, so then i proceed to transfer ringtone B.... but when i check it on my iPhone, it shows the name of both ringtone B and my previous ringtone A is gone!!!! does that mean i gotta live with just one ringtone??? hope u guys here can help me out... thanks....

i've just joined the iphone community and i've got some questions 2 ask.

- how do i turn off the EDGE "E" logo on top of the iphone? i'm not using EDGE and i've turned it off using Systems. but the thing still there

- how do i turn off SSH coz when i try 2 turn it off using Systems, the SSH indication is not there in systems, does that mean i'm not using SSH?

No you cant do that. Bluetooth only for pairing handsfree.

to bro gidlcin, then will the songs and videos i previously uploaded into the iPhone will be removed as well? i chose to manage my files manual over auto-sync bcoz i find it easier that way....

U can do the same thing with contacts too. I like to do this way becoz when i sync with windows contact then my contacts won't be like before. Let say one contact have 2 address then it will be truncated to one only.

Maybe I'm the only one like to do it manually. Anyway ... if u want to back up your contacts then look in '/var/mobile/Library/AddressBook' and backup AddressBook.sqlitedb and AddressBookImages.sqlitedb (if u have pictures in contacts).
