i installed last two days. Got some app that can be install via cydia but cannot intall via installer app. For example Make It Mine, weDict and more.

i am using celcom. when i put the sim card in, it shows "Fixed Number Dialing Active". i cannot maake call. What the problem? i unlock using Ziphone. 1.1.4 , 4.6 bootloader. any idea??
