You need to install AppSupport patch and the BSD Subsystem.
Install according to your phone version i.e if its 1.1.4 then install AppSupport 1.1.4.
After the install, go and make sure the Send My Caller ID is set to ON.

Now also you don't need to scroll down all the way down to the names start with Y.
Just touch at the Y at the right hand column, you will get names start with Y.
