lol just bought the following headphones from ebay from a hong kong seller for ~10 USD. Looks exactly like the v-moda vibe duo which the apple reseller stores finally have but are selling at >400 RM. Will let you guys know how they sound when I get them.

Nopes, there's a button on your right ear piece. That piece has a build-in mic.

Way to use it:
Click once to play/pause
Click twice to jump track

You can use it for call function as well.

You're missing out ALOT if you haven't notice these features lol.

yep, except my earphones broke. Apple earphones = good design, crap sound.

So I recently bough these iphone earphones from ebay for $10 USD...what a surprise, they're not too bad and they even outshine my Sony $30 USD earphones.

After a quick usage for about 30 minutes I can say that the bass is relatively good, and you feel the thumping -- they've also included extra ear-plugs if you lose the ones attach to the earphones. Shape and design is relatively similar to the Vibe Duo earphones going on sale for $99 USD. Cable Length is perfect -- kind of like the iphone's, unlike the Sony's which are SHORT and very annoying (Japanese people can't be that short eh). The mike isn't of minimalist design like the apple ones, a little larger, and I did find it hard to switch songs with a double click (you have to press quite hard and fast). These are made in China, but for the price, you can't beat it smile.gif Lets hope it lasts. Here are some quick shots I took (click for larger image):

I was thinking to pair my iPhone with V-Moda Vibe or Vibe Duo, any words on this?
*
don't. they are expensive and break easily -- read the countless reviews on the official apple store. i found an alternative for the v-moda -- posted a review a few pages back.
