Today i launch Terminal(Term-vt100),keyin password "alpine", login fail! incorrect password? what happen?
I din't change any password before.

Perhaps someone hv changed yr root password..

Is yr SSL "ON" all the time ??

Install Terminal on the iphone and get a SHELL access directly, this way it does not need to enter the password as you are already on the iphone.

Just use the installed new passwd113 program to change back the root password..

u need to install SUID fix.. for your previous problem which is when u are using vtterm100

just don't restore it with firmware 1.1.1 and earlier. i think someone has addressed this before.
it will downgrade the bootloader to BL3.8 (not typo error eh)
so that means u can only restore your firmware to the version that only available OTB with BL4.6, which are 1.1.2 and newer firmwares.

Some people don't seem to get it. Its always better to have a REVERSIBLE solution than NONE AT ALL.

Consider this scenario, you buy an iPhone today with firmware 114 and you have no intention of activating with AT&T. You use Ziphone 2.5 to unlock, jailbreak and activate. Fair enough, later that night you discover the bottom half of your touchcreen is not working, or your speaker phone is defective or n number of things that can happen to hardware. Since you have not been smart and used Ziphone your bootloader is 3.9 and so getting a warranty replacement is nearly out and will be stressful. Even upto 2 weeks with the iPhone you can run into a hardware defect and expect Apple support without activating for n number of ruses after which it can become dicey.

Now if you had used iPlus to unlock it would have been a simple matter of restoring your bootloader from 3.9FB back to 4.6 and merrily walking into an Apple store and DEMANDING a replacement.

But ultimately its your call.

lol i dropped my iphone witht he bse and the edge dented until there's a visible "hole" to see the inner part. so i tore both sides of the bse out. few days ago idropped it again... my freaking glass screen cracked. luckily everything is still working fine. 140 USD to DIY. i'm just gonna opt for a casule to cover it's flaws. waiting patienty for 3G to be out. i'm very hopeful lol. lesson learnt. do not use your iphone unprotected...

but the interface for isim is sooooo muchhhhh prettierrrr.......

make sure you are using SwirlyMMS 0.3.6 with firmware 1.1.4,
after installation, reboot your iPhone

MMSC: mms.digi.com.my/servlets/mms
Proxy: 203.92.128.160
MMS-specific APN Settings
APN: digimms
Username: DIGI
Password: mms
Press the save after u key in everything...
5)U need a app named MobilePreview or MobileFinder to view the incoming files.. U can find both app under the
Productivity categories..
6)Do restart ur iphone again after u finish all the 5 steps. Now try to send urself a mms by keying ur phone number follow up by area code(+6012,+6016,+6014,+6017)

What is your Maxis EDGE settings?

did u activate your gprs with maxis? just call 123 n ask d operator regarding your gprs status./...
or u can manually switch on edge by installing bossprefs

yes u got to set d apn,username n password
