Ok, my friend, nickname quiksilver has not log in for a while.

he tried to log in, but he forgot his password.

so tried the forgot password link, but waited for the mail, never came.

when he tried to log in from his old computer, the password is already there ( the computer remembers the password) but in asterisks ( ******* ).

he log in, but cannot post any reply to forums because he is under validation.
he tried the validate your account link, but the mail never came.

so he checked the email for his account, it is set to noreply@lowyat.net or something.



the question is, how can he use his account back?
how can he changed the email for his account, when he cannot remember the password?
when he checked for validation, he entered his nickname but lowyat.net reply no validation for this member.

What to do?

please help.

he is actually beside me now.

i also very time no log in, but i tried the forgot password link and they send to my email, no problem.

ok, now he tried to send the forgot password, but no email. Maybe he is checking the wrong email account. Can u please tell me which email account?
He has many, he doesnt remember which one he used to register at lowyat.
