was about to ask the same question. do you mean we need to show the print out of the actual order record that we have from the website? can we just show them the itinerary?

and, this may (or will) sound stupid. is there any restriction to the baggage that we bringing in other than weight? i am very sure i saw someone posted something about maximum dimension allowed for the size of the baggage itself in this forum, but was unable to find it back

hi guys, can we upgrade the luggage size/weight after we already booked our flight? i'd booked the luggage for 15 kg, but i need to upgrade it to something heavier

just talked to the customer service people here in Australia, and he did the size/weight upgrade for me. from 15kg upgrade to 20kg, with additional charge of rm35. so all good la. even talk to the customer service rep in Malay laugh.gif

i got my CitiBank AirAsia card now. anybody know how does it actually works?

bought it for the prime reason to buy a ticket to Melbourne this year end but seems like i've made the wrong choice there..huhu
