When stopped, I slapped there, can hear the plastic sound. Slapped on the driver side ok. Think the plastic is not welded properly or something. Anyone has this issue?

Dun slap to hard on the dashboard. Last time I slapped on the dashboard, one of the fuse on the fuse box get burnt.
