haiz.. I'm still waiting for mine.. b-line black manual.. booked on 17th of january.. still no news.. been calling and scolding my sa..but he keeps telling me that my car has not arrive yet.. damn.. email to i-care and complain also the same.. that person from i-care said will ask their officer to call me back but still no news.. its been almost 3 weeks i email to them.. now don't even know who should i complain to...

hi guys, do anyone of you know where can i complain to someone or some agency which can appropriate actions? the thing is i booked my blm b-line black manual at krystal point (penang) (HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO). i've booked since 17th of january which is before the official launch. till now i have no news about my car yet. so this afternoon i went to check with my stu*** SA and he seems to be very nervous as there were other customers around. so he asked his clerk and seems surprisingly that the clerk have no idea about my booking. I'm so angry right now do anyone of you what should i do? i just want my car and seems that i've been waiting for alot longer than most of u guys waited. i dont feel like cancelling cause if i book again at other branch means i'll have to queue up again. advise needed..thanks

My case is, my parent help me go screw the manager (becauase they knew her), manager screw SA, SA come ask me to tell something good about him in front my parent, LOL. ok..i'll try to get from them.. because when i asked for his branch manager contact number also he's been turning me around then only he wanna give... he asked me to call his office if i want to talk to his manager.. when i called to ask for his manager direct line number they said they aren't able to provide due to some bla bla bla reason...
