normally it the car come with ECU it can support wider range of fuel as the ECU will control the timing to make sure the engine knocking doesnt happen

the sad case is who r using carbie

u ask them to check for u again... if the steering is shaking at high speed normally is becos of balancing.. u change see if they do the proper job by looking at the computer when they do the balancing for u. follow them make sure they do the proper job.. and try to change ur back tyre to front (remember to do balancing too) see if the problem persist. If not persist already means ur rim is still not yet properly knock back.. how u dent ur rim while ur car is still new..

they provide u with free labour but u need to pay wat ever u change or add. regarding engine oil u can bring ur own but at ur own risk. anything wrong with ur engine later they may take this as a point to void ur warranty. For EON my SC normally will give me Mach5(mineral) which i dun 1 and i ll ask for Syntium 800 (semi) or u can ask for Syntium 1000 (full) if u got CASH

y ur battery under warranty u still wan to buy?
The battery is going to cost around RM100+

i think he meant MF type which ur BLM is using now..
beside the MF and the ordinary besides that also got capacity different

for those who bought the car from EON here is something i wan to share

3. What are the other types of warranty offered by EON?
Parts Warranty is given to all parts purchased at EON service network for 6 months or 10,000 kms, whichever comes first.

Rust Proofing Warranty is given to all PROTON vehicles, which are treated with anti-rust spray for 6 years from registration date.

4. Can I use my own lubricant/engine oil at EON Service Centre?
Yes. EON will not be responsible for any problem arising from the usage of other brands other than our recommended lubricant/engine oil.
