I think the cost of a good dry cabinet is far less than the potential damage to your equipment and lenses should they get affected by moisture.

I used to just store my gear in a camera bag with silica gel but as I accumulate more and more gear, the risk far outweighs the cost of a dry cabinet.

I have the AIPO AP-88EX (RM800.00) and very happy with it so far. Humidity for mine is set at 45% and has been very stable.
