guys, anyone have experience anything like this.. i played hawk using this controller, sometime the missile is launceh/fired itself.. this controller bug or the game itself?

anyone has experiecing this b4, i was playing dirt 2, sometime while i race, the controller is suddenly like lost control, i also can see all the green light(shud be only 1) on the Xbox ring blinking, but this happen like 1-2 sec b4 it back to normal.. is it the controller fault or the game bug?

so far my 360 work flawlessly, just now it become yellowish, anybody know how to clean the controller? i did try brush it with toothpaste, still unable to clean it n make it look like at least new..
