Got my x360 wireless controller + receiver for RM220 last saturday. Now still considering whether to get the play and charge kit or the normal rechargeable batteries. Heard that the original kit costs around RM120. How long does it take to fully charge the batteries using pc usb port? Furthermore, how long does the controller has to stay idle b4 it automatically switched off? Mine doesn't seems to switch off even after leaving it idled for sometime.

Where u get urs, kinda exp a bit normally it jzu cost ur around 195-199 only for the wireless controller with receiver
I think u juz go get the energizer rechargeable battery is better than get the play and charge kit, I planning to get the Energizer rechargeable battery for the usage of my wireless controller & plus can be use on other stuff also when not using the controller
Ic is around RM78 for a charger with 2 AA batt(2500Mah), should be ok for the controller usage

I got it from East M'sia and the price is still reasonable to me lar. The xbox 360 controller wired and wireless are selling for RM250 and RM300 respectively over here rclxub.gif . I might consider getting a normal rechargable battery as well. Will 2 AA batt(2500Mah) fry the controller?

doubt the AA 2500 fry

rechargable batteries are usually lower voltage , 1.2 v or 1.3v compared to standard disposable batts, 1.5

2500mh is the capacity, which rates how long 1 usually can last
2000,2500,2700 are standard mh for rechargables smile.gif

GP brand for batteries is ok

I bought my self Sanyo Eneloop, more expensive than GP by quite a lot

but its probaly worlds best rechargable

GP Recko+ doesnt fall short of this position as well so u can give it a try smile.gif

got mine (xbox 360 wireless for PC) more than a year ago from thundermatch for RM 190... i prefer to use Tesco Alkaline batteries. RM 1.99 for 4 when promotion. i guess that is affordable enough. it last pretty long too. at least 1-2 months. depending on usage.
