guys, any of you ever experience dead x360 wired controller?

my computer keep showing "USB not recognized" thing..

yep, I tried to plug into my PCIcard usb slot, it works , but with some serious delay on A/Y/X/B/RT/LT/RB/LB button.

then it went back...usb not recognized after using it for few minutes

and for now...whenever i plug it in into USB slot, the "X" light blinking a while before the device totally undetected.

i tried on other PC..still the same;

now, i can't use my xbox controller =/

the controller is fine before, it just suddenly become like that :I

i use back of mobo ...usb not recognized :'(

i tried at 3 other pc also the same....alive for a while then went dead

i'll already try all that

strange thing is..when i want to sent for rma, the controller is ok at there -...-

I have fresh installation on Windows 7 at other partition..it seems not working as well...same issue as i use vista =/

the controllers runs fine for past 7 month on the same rig, i guess the device failure? :/

any idea where and hwo to reinstall usb 2.0 drivers?
