Wooooooo. Luckily didn't buy the g15. Tried it at a friend's place and really didn't like the feel of the keys........  even the LCD wasn't useful, because I kept looking down and off my main screen, wasting many good shots.

Again, if you've been keeping up with this thread, you'll know that I need a 2.1 setup with small satellite speakers because I have a small work area (it's already filled with my 2 20" LCD monitors). I'm not interested in 5.1 because I don't game on my PC much anymore (see where I do my gaming here: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...ost&p=16708794), but do alot of video editing and sound editing, which is why good speakers are very important for me.

the Logitech's best Z series pales in comparison with my 2 tiny little Bose speakers. It sounds very nice and crisp (listening to the Lossless version of The Guitar Trio.....BEAUTIFUL sounds and a real reference benchmark for me) and the Bass isn't over powering at all. It actually LACKS the bass in some areas, but a quick fix with my Razer Barracuda soundcard settings and it sounds perfect now. Listening to Testament's latest album provides good evidence that it's Mids and Mass is in order..... The Galloping bassline of More Than Meets The Eye....... wowowowowowowowow...... My Woofer and speakers got a great workout....... and the guitar parts still shine through and isn't muddied with the rest. Very very very good speakers wei...

I think you're thinking of Harmon Kardon speakers that they use in Apple centers.

Overall, I'm super happy with my speakers. Able to fill my room, a really tiny set (look at those pictures!!!!) and crystal clear quality with no hiss or hum at all.
