I've been takin xenical.It just blocks the carbohydrate form gettin into ur body.Just take it wen u r eatin oily food as in curry/tom yum.Dorumine is kinda good,but got lots of side effect.I've been had tried 'reductail'(cant really remember how to spell d.LoL) b4.N its kinda good too.is it effective???
