Looking at clothies (and excluding warlocks) : did you have 9K or 10K health buff when you started Hyjal/BT?

Easy to get the gear?

Hmm...ok. I see some guilds also don't farm for Shadow Resist Gear and others do. What do you guys do?

HAving SR gear like cloak + bracer for azgalor helps a lot for healers so they can resist the silence effect. Our guild actually put on 2 pieces of SR gear yesterday and wid buffs SR was at 195 and personlly i resisted quite a fair bit of silence compared to normal. If ur dps is good or melee heavy, u wont have problems with kazrogal.

dont think u need 10k unbuff thats too overkill, i would say 8.5k unbuff is enough.

Fort gives bout 1k xtra hp. Also factor in GOTW, wellfed, etc. so work backwards.

9k should be a good number to target for, however I do understand mages might have a bit of issues achieving this if they dont stack stm gems.

But really, bottomline is... you can give a clothie 15k hp, but if the idiot doesnt have situational awareness and plays like cock, he's dead.

Just a little above 9k buffed is a good number for any bosses which requires some hp - with the exception of Archimonde as he is just a battle of survival.

Of course the more the better, however, do not gimp it for your key stats - crit/dmg or whatever. Yet, if you can down Kael and Vashj, the first 4 bosses in BT and Hyjal should be cake and you will get your decent gears with good stats from then on. T5 gears and equivalent - with the exception of tanks - will be good enough to clear the whole of BT with exception of Mother which requires some SR gears. FRs too for Illidan, but that's not obtained in T6 content raids.
