I borrowed a copy from my friend but I can't change the language to english (menu and speech). Where are the options? can somebody help me?

there are two ntsc-j versions
the japanese region, and the asian region only asian region has english language text and voice |

u cant miss the language option in menu screen one.. besides the asian version has bilingual chinese/english manual |
